Film Society Showing Tonight, Wednesday, February 16th 6 PM At The Goodwin Library
Tonight February 16th, we will be showing the fascinating documentary Wisconsin Death Trip. Something strange is going on in Black River Falls, Wisconsin in the 1890s. There are murders, suicides and economic troubles. People in the town are haunted by ghosts, possessed by devils and terrorized by teenage outlaws and arsonists. Then there is the threat of being hauled off to the Mendota Asylum for the Insane! We are pleased to offer this independent film by special license from the filmmakers.

Film Society Showing Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 19th 6 PM At The Goodwin Library
January is Appalachian Trail month at the Goodwin Library. The library very excited to be able to show Southbounders with special permission from film maker Ben Wagner. This is a realistic and original look at the world of long distance hiking through the eyes of Olivia, a young woman, who decides to confront her fears by hiking the 2,170 mile Appalachian Trail alone. Come along on this journey and meet some of the characters along the trail heading south to Georgia and north to Maine.
